In a unexpected collaboration that challenges traditional forecasts, the game developer has revealed an digital crossover between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the renowned anime series Attack on Titan. The unexpected Thanksgiving event operates from November 25 through December 22, providing complimentary extra story content for Shadows players.

According to the authorized release, "A mysterious encounter pulls characters Naoe and Yasuke into a original adventure, where rumors of prohibited rituals and fearsome changes resonate through the obscurity." The storyline introduces a "oddly attired woman named Ada" who assigns the duo with venturing into the Crystalline Cavern—a important location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her companion from a clandestine sect.
The questline centers on "peculiar trials and a monstrous foe" and is accessible to all players who have unlocked the Yasuke character.
Familiar Settings and Changes
The preview showcases the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was formerly where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through generations. The teaser ends with a striking moment showing a character, likely the hostage, transforming into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
